I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable and I felt like I got a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the location was great. It was away from the town center, which meant it was quiet and peaceful, but still central enough to easily walk to the Market Platz with its abundance of restaurants. Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive. They provided all the basic amenities I needed in my room and ensured everything was clean and comfortable. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

All was fine during my stay.

We found this modestly priced hotel on the internet. We appreciated its well-appointed room and particularly enjoyed the parquet floor. Though we were a family of four, we did not feel cramped. The room was very clean, as one would expect.

The receptionist, from Georgia, was very charming; except when we wanted to change our room to one that would not face the street, she was hesitant - perhaps the other 4-bed room was more expensive? In the event, the exposure to the street made the room too noisy, despite the double glazing, and we did not get as good a rest as we would have needed. We would still recommend this hotel, but not the rooms facing the street.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The ac was not working and she provided us with a fan which was ok considering it was not that hot. The room was spacious for 4 persons. It you walk out 10 minutes from the hotel you will find market place where you can find multiple places to eat, some even open 24 hours.

The hotel is a bit inside from the main streets.

We stayed in the quad room and were surprised at the spacious room. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were great (even with our request for a baby cot/crib which was delivered and set up in our room. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it to others.

I would not say the breakfast is great value for money. 8 euros for only cold breakfast items--on the upside, the kids were free.

Breakfast has to be paid, regardless in booking saying it is included in price!Arried at 16h and "still" was a big mess with cleaning!! I could hear everything in my bedroom because the door it wasnt a proper bedroom door, it was a metal bord!!! Wi fi very,very slow...

We loved the hotel's convenient location close to the metro station and the Market Platz with an array of restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and had amazing bathroom facilities. The staff was really lovely, accommodating, and fun.

The room had a very large armoire and the bathroom was clean. We were a short walk from the train station and the town was safe for walking during the day.

The windows faced the noisy street, making it difficult to sleep at night. The breakfast was not up to par and left much to be desired. not the best choice for a quiet and comfortable Christmas vacation.

the water there was not hot enough.

I liked the location of the hotel and the service of the staff . Further more, the shopping centre and rewe super market is near by the hotel

The hotel was located in a convenient area and close to the train station. It was also clean and offered a comfortable place to rest after a long day of exploring. the staff was courteous and accommodating to our needs. Plus, the price was reasonable.

Some negatives got in the way of the experience. the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and there was an unpleasant smell.

It was reasonably priced and free wifi was included. staff were fairly friendly. room was quite big and spacious.

quite far from Frankfurt and hotel was quite far from train station in Offenbach. Also my room had no curtains so it was very bright in the room at 6am
